Thank you one and all for making the 25th Annual Wild West Day a wildly successful day! From the phenomenal volunteers to the school coordinators, to the “Eagle County Rebels”, to the amazing sponsors, the kids, parents, grandparents and community members, YOU ALL made this years event awesome!
Please join us for the 25th Annual Wild West Day Sunday, September 27th, 2015 from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm at 4Eagle Ranch in Wolcott. Wild West Day is a local hoe-down filled with fun, games and entertainment for the whole family! The event raises money for the nine public elementary schools in Eagle County to enhance the education of our children through each school’s PTA/PTO. Plan to attend and join the fun!
Admission: $6/per person or $10/person includes a t-shirt (2 & under enter for free)

THE GREAT STAMPEDE – Put on your running shoes and join us for a 1 or 3 mile fun run at 4 Eagle the morning of Wild West Day. Races begin at 9:30am @ 4 Eagle Ranch (strollers welcome in Fun Run!) Bib pick-up and same day registration (cash or check) 8:45am-9:15am. Times will be posted and everyone receives a medal. Get your Great Stampede registration form here.
COPTORS FOR A CAUSE – Enjoy a scenic helicopter ride over our beautiful valley! $65 per adult/ $30.00 per child
SILENT AUCTION – You will find great deals and special items at our extensive silent auction. Online bidding is now closed. Silent auction bidding will open again at Wild West Day!
ON-LINE AUCTION – You will soon find the link in an email from your school’s PTA…be on the look-out! Happy bidding!
RAFFLE – Raffle tickets will be sent home with each family to sell. Return all proceeds along with sold/unsold tickets to your school by 9/26. Good luck, we hope you are a winner! Raffle drawing takes place at 1:00 pm at Wild West Day.
BAKE SALE – All of your favorite baked goods will be available for purchase.
Please volunteer by donating goodies to the event on 9/28 or to your school by 9/26.
DUNK A JAILBIRD – $5.00/ three balls to dunk your school’s jailbird. See below for the Wanted “Eagle County Rebels.” Guest appearances at the dunk tank include:

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – We need YOU to make this year’s event a success! Each school must fill multiple volunteer positions. Sign up at your back-to-school night or contact your school coordinator to see how you can help!
REGISTER TO VOTE & MEET THE CANDIDATES – Find the EFEC table to register to vote, update your voter registration address, and meet this November’s school board candidates to find out what they are all about.
