Jennifer Law

Jen is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer for Vail Health where she is leading the way to attract and retain the best talent to advance healthcare in the mountain communities. She has held multiple HR roles within the resort hospitality industry at Vail Resorts. Outside of the hospitality industry, Jen was the HR Director for the Gallegos Corporation- a large specialty sub-contractor as well as the co-owner and principal consultant with HR Link, an outsourcing and consulting firm. She is passionate about education and community where she served as Vice President of the Eagle County Charter Academy board for six years and is also a Habitat for Humanity board member. She is very involved with her two daughters and enjoys spending time outdoors and on the river with her husband and kids as much as possible.
