Flexible Seating for EVMS

Congratulations to Amy McGrath and her 6th grade Eagle Valley Middle School classroom for receiving an EFEC Classroom grant for flexible seating and wobble stools, to accommodate students that need to move while learning.

“Thank you so much for your donations to our classroom. The wobble stools have made a huge difference in the learning environment for our sixth-grade students.

The wobble stools have given my sixth-grade students a few more flexible seating options in our ELA classroom. They often choose to work on the floor with a pillow or at the tall table, but now have the wobble stool option which has been a huge hit! They had asked often about using wobble stools in class, but we didn’t have any in our room. They were so excited to come in and see the addition to our classroom last week.
